麻黄连轺赤小豆汤的方证要义与临床应用

麻黄连轺赤小豆汤为表里双解之剂,外可解表邪闭遏,内能清湿热蕴结郁蒸,《伤寒论》中用于治疗伤寒瘀热在里发黄。除急性黄疸初起外,麻黄连轺赤小豆汤还广泛用于急慢性肾小球肾炎、荨麻疹、特应性皮炎、湿疹等皮肤瘙痒症。本文结合仲景论湿热发黄证治,解析了麻黄连轺赤小豆汤的方证要义、配伍规律和方-证要素对应关系、临床辨证要点、并佐以医案实录,以期为临床辨证选用、针对病机加减化裁有所裨益。

Discussion on the Essence and Application of Mahuang Lianyao Chixiaodou Decoction

Mahuang Lianyao Chixiaodou Decoction is a formula for releasing exterior and interior, can not only relieve exterior syndromes, but clear accumulated dampness-heat. In Treatise on Febrile Diseases, it is used to treat jaundice of stasis heat in the interior. Besides that it is used in acute jaundice at early occurrence, Mahuang Lianyao Chixiaodou Decoction was widely used in the acute and chronic glomerulo nephritis, urticaria, atopic dermatitis, eczema and other skin pruritus. Combining with the theory of Zhang Zhongjing for differentiation and treatment of dampness-heat jaundice, this paper analyzed the syndrome essence, compatibility rules and formula syndrome elements relationship, clinical syndrome points of Mahuang Lianyao Chixiaodou Decoction, accompanied by medical records, in order to help for clinical syndrome differentiation to choose formula and be aimed at pathogenesis process to addition and subtraction of herbal medicine.
