郁证发微(三十七)——郁证痛经论

探讨郁证性痛经的因机证治。七情内伤可致气血失运、经络瘀滞而引发痛经。肝郁肝火为郁证痛经之因;诸痛属心,五志感心,心主血脉功能异常可致气血失调而引发痛经。痛经临床表现常伴有情绪障碍和(或)一系列躯体症状。治疗郁证性痛经的原则为急则治标止痛,缓则治本解郁。与不通则痛、通则不痛,不荣则痛、荣则不痛一样,郁滞则痛、郁解痛消。治疗郁证性痛经防重于治。

Series of discussion on depression syndrome (37): Dysmenorrhea due to depression syndrome

This article discusses the etiology, pathology, syndrome and treatment of dysmenorrhea due to depression syndrome. Internal injury caused by excess seven emtions can cause qi and blood failing to transport and menstrual blood stasis of meridians, all of these lead to dysmenorrhea. Stagnation of liver qi and liver fire is the cause of dysmenorrhea due to depression syndrome. All pain originate from heart and the five minds affect heart, the dysfunction of heart governing blood and vessels can cause disorders of blood and qi and induce dysmenorrhea. The clinical manifestations of dysmenorrhea are often accompanied by emotional disorders and/or a series of physical symptoms. The treatment principle for dysmenorrhea due to depression syndrome is symptomatic treatment in acute condition to relieve pain and radical treatment in chronic case to relieve depression. Stagnation and deficiency may cause the pain, and the pain could be alleviated after dredging and nourishing. When there is stagnation, the pain could be felt; and when the stagnation is resolved, the pain could be eliminated. In the treatment of dysmenorrhea due to depression syndrome, prevention is more important than treatment.
