全髋关节置换术治疗老年人股骨颈骨折疗效分析

目的：探讨全髋关节置换术治疗老年人股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法：对2004年12月～2009年1月本院收治的62例老年人股骨颈骨折患者,采用全髋关节置换术,进行回顾性分析。结果：随访1～5年（平均3.2年）,按Harris评分标准,本组优良率为91.9%,术后远期并发症的发生率为6.5%。结论：全髋关节置换术为目前治疗老年人股骨颈骨折的常用方法,能有效提高老年人的生活质量,远期效果佳,术后并发症的发生率低。

Analysis of effects of total hip arthroplasty in treatment of femoral neek fractures in the elderly

Objective：To investigate the effect of total hip arthroplasty in treatment of femoral neck fractures in the el-derly. Methods：62 cases of the femoral neck fractures treated by total hip parthroplasty from December 2004 to January 2009 were reviewed. Results：The follow-up period ranged from 1 year to 5 years（mean 3.2 years）. According to Harris scoring system. There were 57 excellcent or good cases （91.9%） in the group. There were 6 cases of postoperative complication in the gyoup（6.5%）. Conclusion：Total hip arthroplasty is reasonable choices for treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly. The method can improve the life quality in the eldly. It has good long-term effects. The rate of postoperative complication is lower.
