| 摘 要： | 人类免疫缺陷病毒-1(HIV-1)是以CD4+细胞缺损和功能障碍为主要表现的获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)的主要病原。AIDS与牙周病有密切的关系,HIV-1的感染被广泛认为是重型牙周病的危险因素,而近来研究发现牙周病可能是HIV-1感染宿主细胞、诱导潜伏的HIV-1复制的促进因素。牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Pg)是慢性牙周炎的主要致病菌之一,该文综述Pg对HIV-1致病性的影响。

| Abstract: | HIV-1 is the main pathogen of AIDS,leading to damage and dysfunction of CD4+ cells.The relationship between AIDS and periodontal disease has been widely demonstrated,HIV-positive individuals are at risk for severe periodontitis.Furthermore,recent studies suggested that periodontal disease could be a risk factor for HIV infection of permissive cells and inducement of the reactivation of latent HIV-1.Porphyromonas gingivalis is one of the main pathogens that cause chornic periodontitis.This review will summar... |
