| 摘 要： | 目的:调查西安市小学生第一恒磨牙患龋率状况及相关因素。方法:对西安市10所幼儿园3～5岁412名儿童乳牙患龋情况进行随机抽样调查,并对其家长进行儿童日刷牙次数的问卷调查,统计分析。结果:412名儿童乳牙平均患龋率41.99%,女童乳牙患龋率高于男童,分别为47.03%和37.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患龋率随年龄增长呈上升趋势,分别为29.32%、41.91%和53.85%;日刷牙次数增加显著降低了乳牙的患龋率,其中日刷牙≥2次者为81.82%,偶尔或从不刷牙者为34.60%。结论:西安市儿童乳牙患龋率与年龄、性别、日刷牙次数密切相关。
