| 摘 要： | 目的:评估引导组织再生技术在显微根尖周手术中的效果。方法:选择患有慢性尖周炎、尖周稀疏区直径>6 mm的病人44例共71个患牙,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组在完成显微根尖手术后于骨腔内植Bio-Oss骨替代材料,覆盖Bio-Gide生物膜;对照组只接受显微尖周手术治疗。分别于术后1、3、6、9、12个月进行临床和X线复查,对复查结果进行评估。结果:术后12个月时,实验组22例中21例(95.45%)被判定为成功,1例(4.55%)失败,对照组21例中19例(90.48%)被判定为成功,1例(4.76%)失败,两组间成功率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。实验组在6个月、9个月时X线评估被确认为完全愈合和不完全愈合的病例明显多于对照组,且均具有显著性差异(P<0.05);12个月时两组间的X线评估无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:在显微根尖周手术时应用引导组织再生技术没有显著提高其远期成功率,但加快了根尖周骨质破坏区的愈合速度。
