| 摘 要： | 下颌前磨牙根管形态复杂,变异较大,可能存在多根管,在治疗中极易遗漏。牙科手术显微镜可提供良好的光源及放大效果,使术者有可能在直视情况下对多根管下颌前磨牙进行有效的治疗。该文报道1例下颌前磨牙3根管的显微根管治疗。
