咪唑安定在上消化道内镜检查中的应用价值

目的 :观察咪唑安定作为镇静剂应用于上消化道内镜检查的镇静效果及其应用价值。方法 :将 112例上消化道内镜检查的患者随机分为 3组 , 组检查前静脉注射咪唑安定 0 .0 5 mg/kg, 组静脉注射咪唑安定 0 .0 7m g/kg, 组静脉注射相对应容量的生理盐水作为对照 ,观察被检查者的镇静分级、术中症状及记忆缺失、满意度、心率、血压和血气的变化。结果 :与对照组相比 ,用药两组对胃镜检查的耐受程度较对照组均明显提高 , 组镇静程度、记忆缺失程度及满意度优于 组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,清醒时间以 组为快 (P<0 .0 5 )。各组被检查者均未出现明显的心血管系统及呼吸系统副作用。结论 :以低剂量的咪唑安定作为镇静剂应用于上消化道内镜检查是有效和安全的 ,在有条件的内镜室值得推广和应用

The value of midazolam for gastroscopy

Objective:To study the effect of midazolam in gastroscopy on sedation.Methods:One hundred and twelve patients undergoing gastroscopy were randomly divided into three groups.Group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were intravenously given midazolam 0.05 mg/kg,0.07 mg/kg,respectively.The control was given normal salt.During the gastroscopy,the sedative scores,symptom,amnesia,satisfaction degree,heat rate,blood pressure and blood gases were recorded.Results:The sedative scores of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were significantly higher than of the control.The sedative scores,anmesia and satisfaction degree of group Ⅱ were significantly better than that of group Ⅰ (P<0.05)?Sedative period in group Ⅰ was singnificantly shorter than than of group Ⅱ (P<0.05).There was no significantly side-effectives on respiratory and circulatory in three groups.Conclusion:Lower does of midzolam are effective and safe being used for gastroscopy.
