腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠和传统开腹手术的比较

目的:比较腹腔镜和传统开腹两种手术方式治疗输卵管妊娠的优缺点。方法:将腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠39例与传统开腹手术50例术前、术中和术后的情况进行比较分析。结果:两组在年龄、停经史等方面无显差异;术中手术时间、术后腹痛消失时间、尿管留置时间、排气时间、下床活动时间、住院天数有显著差异。结论:腹腔镜手术优于传统开腹手术,但腹腔镜手术不能完全取代传统开腹手术。

Comparison of salpingocyesis treated by laparoscopy and traditional laparotomy

Objective:To compare the shortcoming and excellence of salpingocyesis treated by laparoscopy and traditional laparotomy.Methods:The data before,intraoperative and after operation of 39 cases of salpingocyesis treated by laparoscopy and 50 cases by traditional laparotomy were compared and analysed.Results:The two groups had not distinct difference in the age,suppressed menstruation history and so on,but they had distinct difference in the operative time,the abdomen disappeared time,the time of urinary canal remained,the time of exsufflation,the leaving off bed and moving time and the day in hospital.Conclusion:Laparoscopy is excelled to traditional laparotomy,but it can not replace entirely.
