原发性肺淋巴瘤的影像学表现(附4例报告)

目的:探讨原发性肺淋巴瘤的影像学表现,进一步认识和提高对原发性肺淋巴瘤的影像诊断水平。方法:回顾性总结我院确诊的4例原发性肺淋巴瘤的临床资料及影像学表现,并结合文献对其影像学表现特点进行分析。结果:4例原发性肺淋巴瘤的影像学表现为:肺部单发肿块3例,其中1例肿块无分叶,肿块边界模糊伴分叶及毛刺征2例;肺实变并伴结节样多发病灶1例;病灶内见支气管充气征2例,2例合并胸腔积液。结论:原发性肺淋巴瘤的影像学表现多样,缺乏特异性,多表现为肺内单发肿块,常有多种征象并存,可侵犯胸膜,最后确诊需靠病理。

Radiological Manifestations of Primary Lymphoma of the Lung: A Report of Four Cases

Objective: To study the radiological manifestations of primary pulmonary lymphoma and to improve the rate of successful diagnosis of primary pulmonary lymphoma. Methods: The clinical data, radiological manifestations and image features of 4 cases with primary lymphoma of the lung were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The manifestations of the 4 cases were as follows: one case had multiple nodules with consolidation of lung tissue and 3 cases had a solitary pulmonary mass, one of which showed no lobulation and 2 of which had shaggy margins with lobulation. Air-bronchogram and pleural effusion were seen in 2 of the cases. Conclusion: The radiological manifestations for primary lymphoma of the lung may be various and nonspecific. Among those various manifestations, a few features remain constant: solitary pulmonary mass is relatively common and pleura can be invaded. The final diagnosis of primary lymphoma of the lung depends on pathological examinations.
