皮脂腺囊肿的超声特征（附52例分析）

目的：通过分析皮脂腺囊肿的声像图特征，提高对本病的诊断水平。方法：对手术病理证实的52例皮脂腺囊肿的声像图特征进行回顾性分析。结果：52例皮脂腺囊肿声像图均表现为圆形或椭圆形低回声肿物，质软，探头加压可变形，边界清晰光滑，有完整的包膜回声，肿物后方回声有增强，内部回声不均匀，呈密集点状或粗颗粒状，大体病理呈豆腐渣样。彩色多普勒血流（CDFI）显示：肿物周边及内部无明显血流信号。结论：彩色多普勒超声在皮脂腺囊肿的诊断中具有较高的价值。
