新生儿行为神经测定在围产期高危儿脑损伤应用价值探讨

本文总结了1994年10月～1995年5月,对150例围产期高危儿利用NBNA即20项神经行为评分法检查脑损伤发生情况,结果在150例高危儿中发现行为异常(低分值)96例,发生率为64％,比对照组(3％)明显高(P<0.01).对NBNA低分者进行头颅B超检查,共发现HIE90例,NBNA诊HIE与头颅B超诊所HIE的符合率为94％。且NBNA评分越低,HIE越重。影响NBNA低分值的高危因素中以宫内窘迫,重度窒息及妊高征等关系密切,对行为异常者全部给予干预措施,并在6月～1年后随访,显示干预的效果良好,说明NBNA方法实用、经济、可靠、灵敏性高,应值得推广。

RESEARCH OF THE PRACTICAL VALUE OF NEWBORN BEHAVIOUR NERVE APPRAISING ON BRAIN DAMAGE OF PERINATAL HIGH RISK INFANT

Assessment of states of brain damage on 150 cases perinatal high risk newborn with 20 items NBNA was sumed UP trom oct,1994 to May 1995. Comparing to control group the incidence rate(64%) on 96 cases with low marks NBNA was significant higher ( P <0. 01), We checked B ulfrasonic wave (BUW) in all of low mark cases and discovered go cases of HIR. The coincidence rate between NBNA and BUW was 94%. The lower the mark was,the more serious the HIE was. main high risk foctors which caused the mark Lower were closely related to fetal distress, serious asphyxia and edemaproteinuria-hyper-tension syndrome. All of unnormal Newborn assessed by NBNA were treated in 6-12 months and better effect had been gained. Results showed that NBNA was approprite, economic, reliable and high sensitive technique. It is worth spreading.
