临床药师对儿科抗病毒药合理应用干预的研究

目的:探讨临床药师对儿科抗病毒药合理应用干预的影响。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,调取我院2005年3月(干预前)及2006年3月(干预后)所有出院儿科患儿住院病历,对其应用抗病毒药的合理性进行分析。结果:干预前与干预后抗病毒药应用率分别为64.14%、60.14%;抗病毒药不当应用率分别为22.58%、4.49%;抗病毒药与抗菌药物合用率分别为61.37%、56.08%;抗病毒药平均费用分别为76.94、23.71元。结论:通过药师提供有效的药学服务和干预,可明显改善儿科抗病毒药的合理应用。

Pharmacists' Intervention on Rational Use of Antiviral Drugs in Paediatrics

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the influence of clinical pharmacist' intervention on the rational use of antiviral drugs in Pediatrics. METHODS: A retrospective study was conducted in which all paediatric case histories of patients who discharged form hospital in Mar. 2005 (before intervention) and in Mar. 2006 (after intervention) were analyzed in respect of the rationality of drug use. RESULTS: The rate of using antiviral drugs in Paediatric inpatients before intervention was 60.14% versus 64.14% after intervention; the rates of irrational use of antiviral drugs were 4.49% and 22.58%, respectively; the rates of antiviral drugs used in combination with antibiotics were 56.08% and 61.37% respectively; and the average costs for antiviral drugs per capita were 23.71yuan and 76.94 yuan, respectively before and after intervention. CONCLUSION: Theeffective pharmaceutical care and intervention provided by clinical pharmacists help to improve the rational drug use level of antiviral drugs in paediatric patients.
