腹膜转移性肿瘤的MSCT表现及文献复习

目的探讨腹膜转移性肿瘤临床特点及MSCT表现。资料与方法回顾性分析和总结27例腹膜转移性肿瘤患者的临床表现及MSCT特点并复习文献。结果腹膜腔转移性肿瘤MSCT表现为腹水(27例);壁腹膜增厚(宽带状15例、结节状8例、块状3例);网膜及系膜改变(污垢状14例、饼状5例、结节状8例);腹腔内单囊性或多囊性占位改变(1例)。结论腹膜转移性肿瘤的MSCT表现具有一定特征,MSCT与后处理技术联合使用是定位定性诊断的有效影像学检查手段。

MSCT Diagnosis of Metastatic Tumor of Peritoneum and Literature Review

Objective To investigate the clinical and MSCT characteristics of metastatic tumor of peritoneum. Materials and Methods The MSCT findings of 27 cases of meta- static tumor of peritoneum were analyzed retrospectively and literature review. Results The MSCT findings of peritoneal metastasis included： ascites（27 cases）： 1he aternation of parietal peritoneum （ b~）ad band thickening 15 cases： nodular sign 8 cases： massive thick- ening 3 cases）： the involved omentum （mesentery mudges 14 cases; caked sign 5 cases： nodular sign 8 cases）; single-or multi-cystic lesions within peritoneum（lease）. Conclusion There are some considerably specific CT features in the cases with metastatic tumor of peritoneum .The MSCT with its multi mode post processing technology is an effective imaging modality for localization and qualitation of the disease.
