高龄股骨颈骨折的治疗

目的 探讨高龄股骨颈骨折的治疗方法。方法 采用手术并配合应用中医中药治疗移位性股骨颈骨的广度和合复位Ｘ线电视监视下经皮或小切口多根螺纹针固定３６例，三角针因列，坟蚴丝钉与螺纹针协同固定（子母钉）２５例，人工股骨头置换１０例。结果 经三年以上随访，内固定愈合５６例，占８４％；股骨头坏死２０例，占２９％，髋关节良好５５例（包括股骨头置换病例）占７１％。结论 闭合复位内固；定适用于大多多位性股骨颈骨折或

Treatment of Senlie Femoral Neck Fracture

Objective:To explore the treatment methods of senile femoral neck fractrue. Methods:77 cases were treated with operation and Traditional Chinese Medicine.Operation methods include percutanecous multiple screw pins(36 cases),percutanecous mult iple triang ular pins(6 cases),the co mbinat ion of compression screw with screw pins(25 cases)and the hemiarthroplasty(10 cases). Results:During 3 to 7 years follow up,54 cases got complete union of bone(84%);Femoral head necrosis occurred in 20 cases(29%);55 cases gained favorabel hip function(71%,include the patients whose femoral head were replace mented).Conclusion:The method of closed reduction and internal fixation is suitable for most displaced femoral neck fr acture and the patients whose health condition can't tolerate the replacement operation.But to subcapital type fracture combined with serious displacement,the hemiarthroplasty should be done.Also,Traditional Chinese Medicine can be used to reduce complication.
