| 摘 要： | 目的评价阿替普酶治疗急性脑梗死的疗效和安全性。方法 2011年1月-2012年3月收治的急性脑梗死患者共36例,给予阿替普酶溶栓治疗。结果溶栓后6 h,患者NIHSS较溶栓前明显降低（16.75±4.56 vs.23.89±6.17,P〈0.05）,24 h NIHSS较溶栓后6 h明显降低（10.78±3.72 vs.16.75±4.56,P〈0.05）,7d NIHSS较24 h明显降低（5.47±1.96 vs.10.78±3.72,P〈0.05）。结论在一定的时间窗内,阿替普酶治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect and safety of alteplase on acute cerebral infarction.Methods 36 patients with acute cerebral infarction were treated with alteplase from January 2011 to March 2012.Results After 6 h of thrombolytic therapy,the NIHSS decreased obviously（16.75±4.56 vs.23.89±6.17,P0.05）,and there was significant difference in NIHSS between the 6th and 24th hour（10.78±3.72 vs.16.75±4.56,P0.05）as well as 24th hour and 7th day（5.47±1.96 vs.10.78±3.72,P0.05）.Conclusion Intravenous thrombolytic therapy of alteplase is a safe and effective treatment for acute cerebral infarction within a certain therapeutic time window. |
