地佐辛与芬太尼用于瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉后痛觉过敏的比较

摘    要:目的探讨将地佐辛用于瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉后替代镇痛的可行性。方法 40例在静脉麻醉下行乳腺肿块单纯切除的患者随机分为2组。地佐辛组(A组,20例),术毕前15 min予地佐辛0.1 mg/kg静脉推注;芬太尼组(B组,20例),术毕前15 min予芬太尼1μg/kg静脉推注。结果两组患者意识恢复时间:A组低于B组(P〈0.05);苏醒至送出手术室时间段内呼吸抑制、恶心、呕吐发生率:A组明显低于B组(P〈0.05);苏醒后即刻两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义,术后30 min~3 h,A组明显低于B组(P〈0.05)。结论地佐辛用于瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉后的痛觉过敏效果确切。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the feasibility of dezocine alternative analgesic for remifentanil intravenous anesthesia.Methods 40 patients who were given simple excision of breast lumps using intravenous anesthesia were randomly divided into dezocine group(group A,n=20)and fentanyl group(group B,n=20).The patients of group A were given dezocine 0.1 mg/kg,and the patients of group B were given fentanyl 1 μg/kg intravenously 15 minutes before the completion of the procedure.Results The patients′ consciousness recovery time in group A was lower than that in group B(P0.05),the incidence of respiratory depression,nausea,vomiting during waking up to out of the operating room in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P0.05).Immediately after awakening there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups.From 30 min to 3 h after operation,VAS score of group A was significant lower than that of group B(P0.05).Conclusion Dezocine has good efficacy on hyperalgesia induced by remifentanil intravenous anesthesia.
