金天格胶囊联合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效分析

目的评价联合应用金天格胶囊与腰椎牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及副作用。方法随机将225例腰椎间盘突出症患者分成2组。观察组114例,给予金天格胶囊治疗,同时配合牵引;对照组111例,仅给予单纯牵引。治疗后60 d评价临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率（90.35%）高于对照组（71.17%,P〈0.01）;两组疼痛程度均显著改善（P〈0.05）,观察组疼痛改善程度优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗期间,两组均未出现明显异常或不良反应。结论联合应用金天格胶囊与腰椎牵引方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有理想的临床疗效且无副作用,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of jintiange capsule combined with traction on lumbar disc herniation

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects and side effects of jintiange capsule combined with traction on lumbar disc herniation.Methods 225 lumbar disc herniation patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.Observation group（n=114）was given jintiange capsules combined with traction;control group（n=111）was only given traction.The clinical efficacy was observed after 60 d of treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rates of observation group and control group were 90.35% and 71.17% respectively（P0.01）;The degree of pain in the 2 groups were improved significantly（P0.05）,and the improvement in observation group was superior to control group（P0.05）;no obvious abnormality and side effect occurred in 2 groups during treatment.Conclusion The combination treatment of jintiange capsule and lumbar traction for lumbar disc herniation has desired clinical effect without side effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
