脑白质稀疏症与脑梗死患者记忆障碍研究

目的观察脑自质稀疏症（LA）与脑梗死（CI）患者记忆障碍的特点。方法随机选取LA患者60例作为实验组，其中合并CI患者31例，以健康老年人30例作为对照组。记忆能力检测采用中国医学科学院心理研究所等编制的临床记忆量表。结果LA及CI患者均存在明显的记忆障碍，表现为联想学习、指向记忆、无意义图形再认、图像自由回忆、人像特点联系回忆及记忆商数均显著低于对照组，且随LA病变程度的加重记忆障碍明显加剧。结论脑白质病变对人类记忆活动有直接、明显的影响，且随脑白质病变程度的加重而加重，但记忆障碍程度显著低于CI患者。

Study of clinical dysmnesia in patients with leukoaraiosis and patients with cerebral infarction

[Objective] To observe the characteristic of clinical dysmnesia in patients with leukoaraiosis(LA) and patients with cerebral infarction(CI).[Methods] Sixty patients with LA were enrolled,including thirty-one patients combined with CI.The control group was composed of thirty healthy eldery subjects.The memory was detected by Clinical Memory Scale drawn up by the psychological institute in the Chinese Academy of Medcial Sciences.[Results] The obvious dysmnesia existed in both LA and CI patients.PAL,DM,RMF,FRP,RGPC and MQ in the patients were significantly lower than those in the control group.The dysmnesia obviously worsened with the serious degree of LA.[Conclusion] The leukoencephalopathy has direct and obvious effects on human memory.The effects increase with the serious degree of leukoencephalopathy.But the degree of dysmnesia in patients with leukoencephalopathy is lower than that in patients with CI remarkably.
