摘    要:目的分析气管插管和气管切开患者感染的病原菌分布及药敏结果,指导临床用药。方法对2000~2004年医院气管插管及气管切开肺部感染患者下呼吸道送检281份阳性标本分离出的病原菌及药敏进行分析。结果共检出312株致病菌,其中革兰阴性杆菌占68.9%,革兰阳性球菌占18.9%,真菌占12.2%。绝大多数革兰阴性杆菌对亚胺培南耐药率<30%;葡萄球菌对万古霉素的耐药率为0。结论气管插管和气管切开患者易引起医院内肺部感染,感染的病原菌以铜绿假单胞菌为主。细菌的多重耐药现象严重,应予以重视。

Spectrum distribution of pathogens and drug susceptibility in patients with tracheal intubation and tracheostomy
Abstract:Objective To analyse spectrum distribution of pathogens in patients with tracheal intubation and tracheostomy and identify drug sensitivity. Methods To analyse pathogenetic strains and drug sensitivity in 281 patients with tracheal intubation and tracheostomy in 2000-2004. Results 312 strains of pathogens were identified by bacterial culture.Gram-negative bacilli,Gram-positive cocci and fungi accounted 68.9%,18.9% and 12.2% respectively.The resistance rates to immipenam of most Gram-negative bacillus were low than 30%.The resistance rate to vancomycin of cocci was 0. Conclusions Patients with tracheal intubation and tracheostomy are easy to catch lung infection,and majority of the pathogens is Pseudomonas aeruginosa.The resistance of pathogens to drugs is multiple.
