| 摘 要： | 目的：观察银杏叶提取物（Ｅｇｂ７６１）在肺心病治疗中的作用，特别是抗血小板作用。方法：用流式细胞方法测定了２组慢性肺心病患者治疗前后的血小板表面ＣＤ４１和ＣＤ６２ｐ表达变化。结果：２组病人治疗后ＣＤ４１和ＣＤ６２ｐ表达均显著降低，Ｅｇｂ７６１治疗组较一般治疗更明显。结论：Ｅｇｂ７６１具有良好的改善血小板功能的作用，是一种有效的肺心病治疗辅助药。

| Abstract: | AIM: To investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba extracts (Egb761) on platelet function in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease. METHODS: The expression of CD 41 and CD 62p on platelet membrane was detected by flow cytometry method in Egb761 and control group patients before and after treatment, respectively. RESULTS: The percentages of CD 41 and CD 62p expression were significantly decreased in both group patients after treatment compared with before. And CD 41 and CD 62p in trial group were lower than those in control group. CONCLUSION: Egb761 can be used to inhibit the activation of platelet. Antiplatelet therapy is applicable for chronic pulmonary heart disease. |
