抽动秽语综合征儿童智力与社会适应能力及行为问题的研究

目的 了解护理专业大学生非智力因素发展状况。方法 采用自制非智力因素发展水平调查量表，对372名护理专业大学生进行调查。结果 学生意志力薄弱和较薄弱分别占11．0％、60．8％，对学习总是和经常有信心分别占7．8％、68．8％，对学习毫无和偶有兴趣分别占12．4％、43．8％，从不和偶尔运用批判性思维分别占67．7％、23．9％，86．6％表现为对医学知识的好奇。本科生在意志、自信、兴趣方面显著优于专科生（均P〈0．05）。结论护理专业大学生在非智力因素上表现为充满好奇心与信心．但意志力较薄弱，较少运用批判性思维．同时对护理专业缺乏兴趣。需针对其特点采取相应的培养对策．以提高其创新意识。

Investigation on the Nonintellective Factors of Nursing Students

Objective To explore the intelligence, adaptive function and behavioral problem of children with tourette syndrome. Methods One hundred children with tourette syndrome (observation group) and 100 normal children (controt group) were studied.Results The intelligence of children with tourette syndrome was not affected. The adaptive function of children with tourette syndrome was lower than normal children. The incidence of dissocialeness in observation group was higher than in control group (P<0.05). The occurrence of breaching principle and restless was lower in observation group than in control group (P<0.05). The incidence of aggressive behaviors in male children with tourette syndrome was higher than in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The children with tourette syndrome should be subjected to psychological intervention while they were treated with medicine, which was very important for them to avoid the occurrence of behavioral problems and adaptive function defect.
