85例乳腺占位性病变的超声诊断与病理对照分析

目的探讨超声诊断乳腺占位性病变的临床价值，并与病理诊断作对照。方法选择2009年1月～2012年1月于我院手术后经病理检查确诊的85例乳腺占位性病变患者进行观察，并对良恶性乳腺占位性病变的超声声像图及腋窝淋巴结转移、血流分级情况进行比较。结果85例经手术确诊的乳腺占位性病变患者．术前经超声诊断80例，超声诊断符合率94．1％，其中超声诊断良性乳腺占位性病变70例，恶性乳腺占位性病变10例。良恶性占位性病变的超声声像图特征及腋窝淋巴结转移、血流分级情况比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论超声检查可以作为乳腺占位性病变诊断的常用手段之一，值得广泛推广和应用。

85 cases ultrasound diagnosis of breast occupying lesions and pathology analysis

Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonic diagnosis the breast space-occupying lesions,and also the pathological diagnosis as a control.Methods From January 2009 January 2012 in our hospital,pathological examination confirmed 85 cases of breast occupying lesions were observed,and benign and malignant space occupying lesions of the breast sonographic and axillary lymph node metastasis,flow grade were compared.Results All 85 patients with surgically confirmed breast occupying lesions in patients with preoperative ultrasound diagnosis of 80 cases of ultrasound diagnosis rate was 94.1%,including ultrasound diagnosis of benign breast lesions of 70 cases,10 cases of space occupying lesions of malignant breast.The sonographic characteristics of benign and malignant space occupying lesions and axillary lymph node metastasis,flow grade,there were significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion One of the common means of ultrasound can be used as the diagnosis of breast occupying lesions,worthy of extensive promotion and application.
