中晚期非霍奇金淋巴瘤化疗中应用苦参减轻毒性反应的效果及分析

目的探讨复方苦参注射液在中晚期非霍奇金淋巴瘤化疗中的辅助作用。方法本院中晚期非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者54例根据治疗方法不同分为对照组30例和研究组24例。对照组给予常规CHOP（环磷酰胺＋阿霉素＋长春新碱＋强的松）化疗：研究组在对照组的基础上给予复方苦参注射液辅助治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应及生活质量改善情况。结果治疗后研究组有效率为75．0％，对照组有效率为73_3％，两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。研究组白细胞减低、肝功能损害、胃肠道不适等明显少于对照组，生活质量评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中晚期非霍奇金淋巴瘤化疗中辅助应用复方苦参注射液可明显减轻患者不良反应，有利于提高及巩固化疗效果。值得应用。

Subsidiarity observation of compound Kushen injection in the chemotherapy of middle-late stage non-hodgkin lymphoma

Objective To investigate the subsidiarity of Compound Kushen injection in the chemotherapy of middle-late stage non-hodgkin lymphoma(NHL).Methods Fifty-four cases of patients with middle-late NHL in our hospital were divided into control group(30 cases) and study group(24 cases);Patients in control group were given Cyclophosphamide+ Adriamycin+ Vincristine + Prednisone(CHOP) chemotherapy,patients in study group were given Compound Kushen Injection on the basis of conventional chemotherapy,the clinical curative effect,adverse reactions and life quality of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of two groups were 75.0%,73.3%,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The white blood cells reducing,liver function damage,gastrointestinal tract discomfort of study groups was less than that of the control group,the life quality score was higher than the control group,the difference was significant too(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Kushen injection applied in chemotherapy of middle-late NHL can obviously reduce adverse reaction,consolidate chemotherapy effect,it is worth of application.
