呋喃西林溶液湿敷配合治疗老年患者带状疱疹的疗效观察

目的:观察呋喃西林溶液湿敷配合治疗老年患者带状疱疹的临床效果。方法:将本科2009年1月～2012年1月61例老年带状疱疹患者,随机分为两组,对照组30例,予常规中西医结合方法治疗护理;观察组31例,在对照组基础上,加用呋喃西林溶液湿敷疱疹创面,2次/d。观察分析两组的疗效。结果:观察组治愈率96.8%,对照组治愈率80.3%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:呋喃西林溶液湿敷配合治疗老年患者带状疱疹,临床效果满意,值得推广应用。

Efficacy observation on treating elderly patients with herpes zoster by nitrofurazone solution wet dressing

Objective: To observe the effcets on furacillin solution hydropathic compress to treat herpes zoster of elder patients. Methods: From January 2009 to January 2012, 61 cases of elder patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups, the control group with 31 cases and the observation group with 30 cases. The treatment of integrative medicine was taken to the control group. The observation group was token by furacillin solution hydropathic compress based on the treatment of the the control group. Result: The recovery rate of the observation group was 96.8%,better than that of the control group,which was 80.3% (P<0.05). Conclusion: Nitrofurazone solution hydropathic compress had positive effect on treating herpes zoster of elder patients .
