多种教学模式在皮肤性病学临床实习中的应用

摘    要:皮肤性病学是一门具有较强理论性和实践性的学科。传统的填鸭式教学模式难以适应现代医学教育发展的需要,学生进入临床实习后即发现临床理论与实践脱离。在皮肤科临床实习带教中,应探索采用多种模式,包括PBL教学模式、多媒体模式、双语模式灵活应用以提高教学质量。这些新模式的临床实习可以激发学生对皮肤性病学的兴趣,更深刻地理解本专业内容,提高创新能力及独立发现、分析、解决问题能力,从而培养出更多高素质、高层次、国际化的医学人才。

Abstract:Dermatology is a subject that combines theoretical and practical knowledge.The traditional method of teaching model has been difficult to adapt to the needs of the development of modern medical education.Students discovered that their dermatological theory was separated from practical knowledge after entering the clinical practice.In clinical practice teaching of dermatology,a variety of models including problem-based learning model,multimedia teaching model,bilingual teaching model should be explored and applied to improve teaching quality.These new models of clinical practice can stimulate students’ interests in dermatology,improve the ability of innovation,understand their professional contents deeply,improve students’ independent abilities of finding,analyzing and solving problems,thus we can cultivate more high-quality,high-level and international medical talents.
