甲状腺内注射地塞米松治疗Graves病的效果

目的观察甲状腺内注射地塞米松治疗Graves病(突眼性甲状腺肿)的疗程及疗效。方法诊断明确的Graves病患者207例,随机分两组:治疗组(T组)口服他巴唑及心得安,并予地塞米松注射液(5mg/次,2次/周)甲状腺内注射,共8周;对照组(C组),口服他巴唑及心得安。比较治疗后1年内两组的变化。结果两组均能有效控制甲亢、降低FT3、FT4,但T组所需时间少于C组(P<0.01),且甲状腺缩小明显,所需他巴唑剂量少,且复发率低。结论甲状腺内注射地塞米松治疗甲亢可较快改善症状,缩小甲状腺肿,缩短疗程,安全可靠。

Efficacy of topical intrathyroid injection of dexamethasone in treatment of Graves' disease

Objective To observe the course duration and effects of topical intrathyroid injection of dexamethasone in treatment of Graves' disease.Methods The 207 patients with Graves' diseases were randomly divided into two groups the treatment group (Group T) were treated with methimazol and propanolol orally,combinded with topical injection of dexamethasone (5mg/time, 2 times per week) for eight weeks the control group (Group C)were only treated with methimazol and propanolol orally.The changes before and after the treatments and of both groups were compared.Results The symptoms of both groups were effectively controlled and serum FT3 and FT4 were decreased.But the duration of the treatment of Group T is less than that of Group C (P<0.01),and there was a significant shrinking of thyroid.The dose of the methimazol of Group T was less than that of GroupC(P<0.01), and the recrudescence rate was lower.Conclusion Topical intrathyroid injection of dexamethasone is a promising treatment for its relieving the symptoms, with shrinking goiter and shortening duration of treatment, and of safety and efficiency.
