| 摘 要： | 本文以有抗氧化作用的中药黄芪、首乌等组成中药抗氧化剂,治疗慢性肾小球肾炎30例,治疗后获显效17例,有效9例,无效4例,疗效明显优于单服维生素E的对照组。治疗组治疗后24小时内生肌酐清除组(Ccr)、24小时尿蛋白定量、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血脂质过氧化降解产物—丙二醛(MDA)均显著改善,且明显优于对照组。

| Abstract: | Chinese remedies with antioxidation action such as Radix Astragli seu Hedysari, Caulis Polygoni Multiflori were administered for treatmentof 30 cases of chronic glomerular nephritis. Results revealed that 17 cases were markedly effective, 9 effective, 4 cases ineffective, the results being apparently superior to the control group treated by vit. E. For the treatment group, the 24 - hour Ccr, 24 - hour quantitative protein in urine erythrocytic SOD, MDA were all markedly improved. Again, these results after treatment were all superior to that of the control group. |
