| 摘 要： | 目的：观察早期护理干预预防肺癌患者肺叶切除术后肺部并发症的效果。方法：将100例肺叶切除术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各50例。对照组行常规护理，观察组除常规护理外，同时给予早期护理干预，比较两组肺部并发症发生率。结果：实验组肺部并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：早期护理干预能有效降低肺叶切除术后并发症的发生率，促进患者康复。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To investigate the early nursing intervention to prevent pulmonary complications after pulmonary lobectomy for lung cancer. Methods： 100 lung cancer patients with pulmonary lobectomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,50 patients in each group. Control group was treated by traditional care,experimental group was treated by early nursing intervention in addition to traditional care. Comparing the incidence of pulmonary complications between the two groups. Results：The incidence of pulmonary complications in experimental group was markedly lower than the control group （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：The early nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications after pulmonary lobectomy, and promote the rehabilitation of patients. |
