多囊卵巢综合征患者血清瘦素水平测定的意义

为了探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清瘦素(Leptin)水平测定的临床意义,选择47例PCOS患者与34例体重相匹配的对照妇女,于卵泡期测定Leptin、体重指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、腰臀比(WHR)、胰岛素(INS)、内分泌激素,并对其进行相关与回归分析。结果:PCOS组血清Leptin浓度(18.69±8.05)ng/ml,对照组(17.09±10.35)ng/ml,差异无显著性(P>0.05);PCOS组血清INS浓度(12.45±8.07)mU/L,对照组(5.95±1.19)mU/L,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。Leptin与BMI、WC、WHR、INS成正相关。认为PCOS患者血清Leptin水平并不高于对照组,Leptin水平与体脂分布、INS有关,可能间接参与PCOS的病变形成。

Serum leptin concentrations in women with polycystic ovary syndrome

To study the serum leptin changes in PCOS,forty-seven subjects with PCOS and thirty-four bodymass index-matched control subjects were recruited from infertility clinics. Body mass index(BMI),waist to hipraio (WHR), waist circumference (WC), serum Insulin and leptin concentrations were assessed in all thesesubjects. All baseline evaluations were carried out in the early follicular phase of the menstrual cycle. The resultsshowed serum leptin concentrations were not different in subjects with PCOS and controls, and wereassociationed with BMI,WC,WHR and INS. Serum insulin concentrations in subjects with PCOS were higherthan that in the control subjects. The results indicated that circulating leptin levels in patients with PCOS do notdiffer from those weight-matchd controls. The leptin levels were associated with insulin and body fatdistribution.
