体检人群对高血压病知、信、行的调查分析

目的了解体检人群对高血压病知、信、行现状。方法采取问卷方式随机调查来院500例体检人群，以Excel 2003建库，用SPSS 14．0软件统计分析。结果500例调查对象对高血压病相关知识的了解水平普遍偏低，通过多元逐步回归分析发现，高血压病知识得分，与调查对象文化程度的高低及亲友中有无高血压患者，亲友中有无从事医疗工作呈正相关；信念得分与调查对象高血压相关知识得分呈正相关，与其它因素无关；行为得分与年龄、性别、亲友中有无医务工作者有关，与知识得分、信念得分无关。结论实施健康教育是提高人群健康行为的有效途径，但由知识而转变信念，由信念而改变行为，存在一个相互转变过程，若要求社区人群养成有利于健康的行为习惯，尚需做更大的努力。

Survey and Analysis on KABP of Hypertension in Physical Examination Population

Objective To investigate current situation about knowledge, attitude, belief and behavior of hypertension in physical examination population. Methods Random Questionnaire investigation was adopted in physical examination population, database was built by Excel 2003, all statistical analyses were performed with the SPSS statistical package. Results The knowledge of hy- pertension in investigated 500 individuals was poor in generally. The multiple stepwise regressions showed that the hypertension knowledge score was positive correlation with standard of education, hypertension patient and medical professional in relatives. Be- lief score was positive correlation with hypertension knowledge, no correlation with other factors. Behavior score was correlation with age, sex and medical professional in relatives. Conclusion Carrying out health education is a powerful way for improve population health behavior. Knowledge transform to belief and belief change behavior is an interconversion process. Greater efforts are needed for community people to form a health behavior.
