| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨副肿瘤性天疱疮（PNP）的临床特点和发病机制。方法：结合病例复习文献。结果：该病发病机制不明确，临床上以皮损的多形性和黏膜的严重损害为特点，伴发肿瘤，确诊需行组织病理学及免疫学检查。治疗效果差。结论：早期诊断和早期治疗有可能提高生存率，病例的积累和研究的深入有望使该病得到缓解或治愈。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics and pathogenesis of paraneoplastic pemphigus.Methods:Case report combined with literature review.Results:Pathogenesis of paraneoplastic pemphigus was not clear.It was characterized by polymorphic nature of skin lesions and the predominance of severe mucosal involvement.It was also associated with neoplasm.Diagnosis was confirmed by histopathological and immunological findings.The therapeutic effect was general poor.Conclusion:The survival rate may be improved by early diagnosis and early therapy.The accumulation of cases and further reseach may relieve or cure the disease. |
