GFAAS法检测陶瓷制食具容器中铅、镉的方法学研究

摘    要:目的建立一种快速、灵敏、准确的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定陶瓷制食具容器中铅、镉的方法。方法用4%(v/v)乙酸溶液对样品进行浸泡,取一定体积浸泡液进样,用AA-220Z石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪,加入基体改进剂磷酸二氢铵,利用仪器全自动进样系统测定。结果方法的检出限为铅:1.5μgL、镉:0.04μg/L,相对标准偏差为铅3.0%、镉2.4%,样品的回收率为铅:90%~110%、镉:93%~107%。结论构建方法用于陶瓷制食具容器中铅、镉的方法测定获得满意的结果。

Determination of lead and cadmium in ceramics food containers by GFAAS

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determination of lead and cadmium in ceramics for food containers by GFAAS. Methods The samples were immersed with 4%(v/v)acetic acid solution. Then a certain volume of soaking liquid was injected into the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer (GFAAS) for detection with matrix modifier ammonium dihydrogen phosphate. Results The recovery rate,relative standard deviation and detection limit were 90%~110%,3.0% and 1.5μg/L for lead respectively,and 93%~107% ,2.4% and 0.04μg/L for cadmium respectively. Conclusion The method is suitable for determination of lead and cadmium in ceramics for food containers by GFAAS.
