蒙药嘎木朱尔联合红光理疗治疗压疮的效果观察

目的研究蒙药嘎木朱尔联合红光理疗治疗压疮的实际效果。方法70例压疮患者,按照入院时间顺序分为实验组和对照组,各35例。对照组采用常规治疗,实验组在对照组基础上采用蒙药嘎木朱尔联合红光理疗。比较两组患者压疮治疗效果及愈合时间(痊愈和显效患者渗出液量开始减少、创面开始缩小、创面开始结痂、痂皮脱落、创面愈合>50%时间)。结果实验组总有效率97.14%高于对照组的74.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组痊愈、显效患者渗出液量开始减少、创面开始缩小、创面开始结痂、痂皮脱落、创面愈合>50%时间分别为(1.66±0.73)、(2.80±1.28)、(3.91±1.50)、(7.34±1.35)、(10.15±1.66)d,均短于对照组的(2.57±0.95)、(4.34±1.39)、(4.77±1.21)、(8.57±1.50)、(12.00±1.95)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒙药嘎木朱尔联合脉冲式红光理疗治疗压疮效果显著,且可缩短创面愈合时间,值得临床推广使用。

Observation on effect of mongolian medicine Gamujuer combined with red light physiotherapy in the treatment of pressure sores

Objective To study the practical effect of mongolian medicine Gamujuer combined with red light physiotherapy in the treatment of pressure sores.Methods A total of 70 patients with pressure sores were divided into experimental group and control group by admission order,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the experimental group received mongolian medicine Gamujuer combined with red light physiotherapy.The therapeutic effect of pressure sores,healing time exudate began to decrease,the wound began to shrink,the wound began to scab,the scab skin fell off,and the wound healing>50%time in cure and effective patients was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 97.14%in the experimental group was higher than 74.29%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The were(1.66±0.73),(2.80±1.28),(3.91±1.50),(7.34±1.35)and(10.15±1.66)d in cure and effective patients of the experimental group,which were shoer than(2.57±0.95),(4.34±1.39),(4.77±1.21),(8.57±1.50)and(12.00±1.95)d in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mongolian medicine Gamujuer combined with red light physiotherapy shows remarkable effect in the treatment of pressure sores,and it can shorten wound healing time.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
