多西紫杉醇联合顺铂在晚期食管癌临床治疗中的意义

目的探究多西紫杉醇联合顺铂在晚期食管癌临床治疗中的意义。方法136例晚期食管癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各68例。两组患者均采用放疗,在此基础上,观察组采用多西紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗,对照组采用5-氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果和生存情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率58.82%高于对照组的36.76%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者1年期、2年期、3年期生存率分别为63.24%、51.47%、26.47%,均高于对照组的45.59%、29.41%、11.76%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以紫杉醇联合顺铂与放疗为基准的方案治疗晚期食管癌,能够有效延缓疾病进展,提升患者治疗效果及生存率,值得临床推广应用。

Significance of docetaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer

Objective To discuss the significance of docetaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 136 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 68 cases in each group.Both groups were treated by radiotherapy,on this basis,the observation group was treated by docetaxel combined with cisplatin.The control group was treated by 5-fluorouracil combined with cisplatin.The therapeutic effect and survival status in the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment 58.82%in the observation group was higher than 36.76%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 1-,2-,and 3-year survival rates were 63.24%,51.47%and 26.47%in the observation group,which were higher than 45.59%,29.41%and 11.76%in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The regimen based on docetaxel combined with cisplatin and radiotherapy for the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer can effectively delay the disease progression,improve the therapeutic effect and survival rate of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
