分析早期吞咽障碍筛查及康复护理对脑出血患者康复的效果

目的探析脑出血患者进行早期吞咽障碍筛查及康复护理的临床效果。方法100例脑出血患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,各50例。观察组应用Gugging吞咽功能评估量表(GUSS)进行早期吞咽障碍筛查,根据评分结果制定康复护理措施;对照组进行早期吞咽障碍筛查及常规护理措施。比较两组的GUSS评分、营养状态及肺内感染发生情况。结果观察组干预后的GUSS评分为(15.13±2.15)分,高于对照组的(7.59±1.52)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的腹围(735.8±32.1)mm、男性健侧上臂肌围(AMC)(24.80±3.21)cm、女性AMC(21.43±0.11)cm、肺内感染率4.0%、血清总蛋白(STP)(75.2±2.8)g/L、血清白蛋白(ALB)(53.2±2.7)g/L均优于对照组的(664.5±48.7)mm、(20.10±2.14)cm、(20.01±0.13)cm、16.0%、(63.4±3.9)g/L、(42.6±2.8)g/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑出血患者进行早期吞咽障碍筛查及康复护理,可降低营养不良、肺内感染的发生,可促进患者病情迅速康复,值得临床推广。

Analysis of effect of early dysphagia screening and rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of early dysphagia screening and rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.In the observation group,Gugging swallowing screen(GUSS)was used to screen early dysphagia,and rehabilitation nursing measures were made according to the score results.In the control group,early dysphagia screening and routine nursing measures were performed.The GUSS score,nutritional status and occurrence of pulmonary infection were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the GUSS score was(15.13±2.15)points,which was higher than(7.59±1.52)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the abdominal circumference(735.8±32.1)mm,mid-upper arm muscle circumference(AMC)on healthy side of male(24.80±3.21)cm,AMC of female(21.43±0.11)cm,intrapulmonary infection rate 4.0%,serum total protein(STP)(75.2±2.8)g/L and serum albumin(ALB)(53.2±2.7)g/L in the observation group,which were all better than(664.5±48.7)mm,(20.10±2.14)cm,(20.01±0.13)cm,16.0%,(63.4±3.9)g/L and(42.6±2.8)g/L in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early dysphagia screening and rehabilitation nursing for patients with cerebral hemorrhage can reduce the occurrence of malnutrition and pulmonary infection and promote rapid recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
