| 摘 要： | 本文介绍5例肩胛皮瓣游离移植完全成活的体会。该皮瓣的主要营养血管—旋肩胛血管,解剖位置恒定,容易寻找,管径粗,便于吻合;且该区隐蔽、无毛,皮瓣阔度在10cm以内者,供瓣区直接拉拢缝合,不留显著疤瘢。皮瓣血管网丰富,术后血运良好,成活率高。

| Abstract: | The experience of five successful free scapular flaps is reported. This kind of flap seems to present the following advantages. The main vessels-circumflex scapular vessels supplied to the flap are more constant, easy to dissect, and have a large diameter, so less difficult technique to anastomose. The donor site possessed hairless skin and can be closed primarily without a significant scar or functional deficit, if the flap is moved no more than 10 cm in width. After operation, the flap had excellent contour and texture, the survival rate is high. |
