203例肺癌癌基因与抗癌基因癌蛋白的研究

２０３例肺癌中（鳞癌１１０例，腺癌６３例，小细胞癌１１例，鳞腺癌７例，肺泡腺癌６例，类癌３例，粘液细胞癌３例）上皮生长因子受体（ＥＧＦＲ）阳性占５０．２５％，Ｐａｎ－ｒａｓ阳性占４１．８７％，Ｐ５３阳性为３５．４７％。ＥＧＦＲ和Ｐ５３同时表达占的２４．６３％。ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２阳性者在１１０例鳞癌中为２２．７３％，而在６３例腺癌中为５２．３８％，两者有非常显著的差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。Ｐ５３的表达与患者的生存率和无远处转移率有关，Ｐ５３阴性的发生远处转移危险性为Ｐ５３阳性的２．３５倍（Ｐ＝０．００７）。

STUDIES ON ONCOPROTEIN OF ONCOGENE AND ANTI-ONCOGENE IN 203 CASES OF LUNG CANCER

Using the monoclonal antibodies c-erb B-2, epithelial growth factor receptor (EGFR),Pan-ras,c-mye and P53, we analysed oncoprotein expression in 203 cases of lung cancer (110 squamous cell carcinoma,63 adenocarcinoma,11 small cell carcinoma,7 adenosquamous carcinoma,6 bronchiolo-alveolar adenocarcinoma,3 carcinoid and 3 mucous cell carcinoma) by immunohistochemical method.Strong staining was found in 1O2 cases(50.2%)for EGFR,85 cases(42.6%)for Pan-ras and 72 cases(35.4%)for P53.The co-expression rate of P53 with EGFR was 24.6%.Of the 110 cases of squamous carcinoma,25 cases(22.7%)were c-erb B-2 positive and in the 63 cases of adenocarcinoma,33 cases(52.3%)were positive.The positive rate of c-erb B-2 was significantly different(P<0.01)from squamous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma. There was statistically significant correlation between the expression of P53 and patient survival and distant metastasis free rate,the Hazard ratio of distant metastasis for P53 negative cases was 2.35 times higher than that of P53 positive cases(P=0.007).
