老年急性结肠癌性肠梗阻的外科治疗体会

目的探讨老年急性结肠癌性肠梗阻手术治疗的有关问题。方法回顾分析1994年1月至1999年6月48例老年急性结肠癌性肠梗阻的手术处理。结果26例行急诊手术。48例中21例根治性切除，25例姑息性切除，2例旁路手术。术后并发症17例，围手术期死亡13例(27.1%)。结论必要的术前准备、合并症及术后并发症的防治、围手术期营养支持是提高老年急性结肠癌性肠梗阻手术功率的关键。

Surgical management ofcolon cancer complicated with acute obst ruction in the elderly

Objective To investigate surgical managements of acute obstruction colon cancer in the elderly.Methods From January 1994 to June 1999,48 elderly patients with acute obstruction of colon cancer who underwent operations were analyzed retrospectively.Results 26 cases underwent emergent operations.Of 48 cases,21 received radical resection,25 palliative resection and 2 by pass operation.With postoperative complications in 17 cases and 13 death in the perioperative period(mortality 27.1%).Conclusions The keys to a high operative survival rate are necessary preoperative preparation,treatment of concomitant diseases,postoperative preventions of complications and perioperative nutritional support in elderly patients with acute obstruction of colon cancer.
