| 摘 要： | 目的探讨踝关节骨折手术治疗的意义。方法对61例踝关节骨折患者采用手术治疗。结果所有患者经6个月～3年（平均1.5年）随访，优33例，良22例，一般5例，差1例。优良率90.2％，疗效满意。结论手术治疗踝关节骨折能有效地恢复踝关节功能，术中准确的解剖复位和坚强的内固定是手术的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the main points of surgical treatment for ankle fracture. Methods Sixty-one patients with ankle fracture were treated with open reduction and internal fixation. Results The average length of followed - up was 18 months （ 6 - 36 months）. The results of therapy were assessed as follows ： excellent in 33, good in 22, so-so in 5, and poor in 1 patient（ s）. Excellent and good rate amounted to 90.2%. Conclusion Surgical treatment for ankle fracture can restore the function of ankle joint. |
