| 摘 要： | 目的观察润湿烧伤膏（MEBO）治疗日光性皮炎致皮肤溃疡的临床疗效。方法对2006—2007年海训期间因日光性皮炎导致皮肤溃疡的92例患者采用MEBO治疗,辅以局部适度扩创及酌情使用抗生素。结果MEBO能迅速、有效缓解局部灼痛、麻胀等不适感觉,溃疡面痊愈时间平均（16.56±2.38）d,愈后不留瘢痕。结论MEBO治疗日光性皮炎所致的皮肤溃疡简单易行,疗效可靠,值得基层部队推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of moist exposed burn ointment （MEBO） in treating skin ulcer resulting from dermatitis solaris. Methods Ninety-two cases of skin ulcer resulting from dermatitis solaris in training at sea between 2006 and 2007 were treated with MEBO in combination with anti-histamine drugs. Results The patients felt free from pain soon after the application of MEBO to the wounds. The average healing time was （ 16.56 ± 2.38） days. No sear formed after wound healing. Conclusion MEBO has good efficacy in treating skin ulcer resulting from dermatitis solaris, and is worth spreading in inferior troops. |
