| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宫颈环形电切术（LEEP）在宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）诊治中的应用价值。方法回顾性研究2005年8月—2007年3月本院妇产科经阴道镜活检后病理确诊为CIN的320例门诊患者行LEEP术治疗的手术时间、术中出血量和术后并发症情况,术后3、6个月以液基细胞学涂片和阴道镜检查方法随访所有的患者,进而探讨宫颈环形电切术对CIN患者的治疗效果。结果LEEP术手术时间短、术中出血少、手术痛苦小、术后并发症少,诊治效果安全可靠。结论LEEP术是目前诊治CIN病变安全有效的方法,值得进一步深入地研究并加以推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and the safety of loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP） for the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN）. Methods The peri-operative and post-operatiive data of 320 out-patients with CIN-Ⅰ-Ⅲ treated by LEEP in the hospital from August 2005 to March 2007 were analyzed retrospectively.Results LEEP had the merits of short operative time, little blood loss, invasion and pain, and rapid recovery.Conclusion LEEP is a safe and effective treating method to CIN, and is worth spreading. |
