| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性颅脑外伤CT表现的新分型与预后的关系，为临床提高救治率，减少死亡率和后遗症提供理论依据。方法对256例急性颅脑外伤病人的CT表现进行总结分型，并分析CT分型结果与预后的关系。结果新的CT分型与预后呈明显负相关。结论新的CT分型与预后有明显的相关性，对指导临床正确判断预后，确定恰当的治疗原则有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between prognosis and new typing of acute craniocerebral trauma based on computerized tomography （CT） , and to provide a theoretical base for improving clinical remedy and lowering fatality. Methods The CT images of 256 patients with acute eranioeerebral trauma were summarized and classified, and the prognosis was statically analyzed. Results An obviously inverse correlation existed between new classification （ of CT images） and prognosisn. Conclusion The new classification of CT images on acute eranioeerebral trauma has a statistical significance in the prognosis ; it is of great importance in judging prognosis and ,correcting therapeutic principles. |
