1ml注射器辅助法在桡动脉穿刺置管中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨一种新型穿刺法即1ml注射器辅助法在侥动脉援管的应用,观察其置管成功率与穿刺所需时间。方法选取300例重大手术需动脉穿刺置管的患者,随机分为两组。Ⅰ组采用直接穿刺置管法,Ⅱ组采用1ml注射器辅助穿刺法。结果Ⅰ组穿刺成功123例,Ⅱ组穿刺成功141例,两组相比,有显著统计学意义(P〈0.01):前者用时(56±10.4)s,后者(34±9.3)s(P〈0.01)。结论1ml注射器辅助穿刺是简单、快速、安全且损伤较小的动脉穿刺方法。

Effect of 1-ml Injector on Radial Artery Cannulation Technique

Abstract:Objective To compare direct radial artery cannulation with 1-ml injector-assisted artery cannulation in patients undergoing routine or emergency surgery. Methods Thrcc hundred patients undergoing major surgery, who required a radial artery catheter, were included in the study. The patients were divided into two groups: Group Ⅰ including 150 patients who received radial artery cannulation with the direct technique, and Group Ⅱ including 150 patients who received 1 -ml injector-assisted radial artery cannulation. Results Radial artery was succcssfully cannulated in 141 patients in Group Ⅱ but only in 123 patients in Group Ⅰ (P 〈0.01 ). Mean time for radial artery cannulation was 56 ± 10.4 seconds in (grnup Ⅰ and 34 ± 9.3 scconds in Group Ⅱ (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The authors recommend the use of 1-ml injector-assisted radial artery cannulation techniquc rather than the direct technique. The 1 -ml injector-assisted technique provides an easy, safe and quick cannulation with a low rate of dissection of the radial artcry.
