| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃癌患者胃周淋巴结大小与是否转移及N分期的关系。方法76例胃癌患者均行螺旋CT检查，并进行N分期。对胃周淋巴结标本行病理检查。全部用光镜确定有无癌组织转移，然后分析淋巴结大小与有无转移间的关系及其对N分期的影响。结果76例患者中对N分期评价总的准确性为71．05％。术后标本淋巴结中直径≤1cm和〉1cm的两类淋巴结发生转移的阳性率分别为22．20％和50．74％。结论多排螺旋CT术前N分期的准确性很高。但N分期中关于有无淋巴结转移的判定，仍需进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship among diameter of lymph nodes, metastasis and N staging in gastric carcinoma, combining pathology, Methods Seventy-six patients of gastric cancer were examined by MSCT （multi-slice computerized tomography） before operation. All the lymph nodes were examined and analyzed on the relationship among the diameter of lymph nodes, metastasis and the influence on N staging. Results The accuracy of MSCT to predict N staging was 71.05 %. The lymph nodes ≤ 1 cm were infiltrated by cancer in 22.20% and those 〉 1cm in 50.74%. Conclusion MSCT possesses high accuracy in preoperative N staging, But the relationship between lymph nodes＇metastasis and N staging needs more studies. |
