回盲部包块32例诊治经验与教训

目的探讨回盲部肿块的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析了32例回盲部肿物的临床表现、诊断以及治疗方法。结果主要临床表现为腹痛（91％），腹部可触及包块（81％），腹胀（69％）。术前确诊27例，误诊4例，漏诊1例。31例手术治愈，1例死亡。结论该病临床表现繁多，其诊断主要依据熟悉回盲部疾病的病理特点；详细询问病史；细致的体检和恰当的辅助检查；术中尽可能恢复原解剖关系，术中冷冻检查非常必要。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Ileocecal Tumors： Retrospective Analysis of 32 Patients

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and the therapy of ileocecal tumor. Methods Manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of 32 patients with ileocecal tumor were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the patients, 91% had abdominal pain, 81% had palpable abdominal mass, 69% had abdominal distension, and a variety of percentages had other symptoms or signs. Thirty-one patients were cured with operation, and the other one died. Conclusion Ileocecal tumor has variable manifestations. Its diagnosis depends on practically learning pathological trait, carefully asking history, physically examining the patients and appropriately performing assistant examination. It is important to try to rehabilitate the anatomy during surgical treatment.
