iNOS、CD34在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达与血管形成的关系

摘    要:目的 探讨诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和CD34在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其发病过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组化Elivision法检测30例喉鳞状细胞癌、10例声带非典型增生中iNOS和CD34的表达,并检测MVD。结果30例喉鳞状细胞癌中iNOS的阳性表达率为80.33%(25/30),声带非典型增生中iNOS的阳性表达率为10%(1/10)。CD34在喉鳞状细胞癌和声带非典型增生的阳性表达率分别为80%(24/30),30%(3/10)。iNOS、CD34阳性表达两组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.025)。喉鳞状细胞癌和声带非典型增生中微血管密度(MVD)分别为43.45±10.06、21.34±6.31,两组间差异有显著统计学意义(P〈0.001)。结论iNOS、CD34在喉鳞状细胞癌中的高表达,提示iNOS、CD34可促进血管形成,可能与喉鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展及侵袭转移有关。因此,选择性抑制iNOS和CD34可望成为基因治疗喉鳞状细胞癌的新思路。

Expressions of Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase and CD34 in Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Their Relation with Angiogensis

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expressions of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and CD34 and their roles in the occurrence, development and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC). Methods The immunohistoehemieal Elivision method was used to examine the expressions of iNOS and CD34 in 30 eases of LSCC and 10 eases of vocal cords atypical hyperplasia (VCAH) , and the mierovaseular density (MVD) was measured as well. Results The positive rates were 80.33% vs 10% for iNOS, and 80% vs 30% for CD34, respectively in LSCC and VCAH. The MVD was 43.45 ± 10.06 for LSCC, and 21.34 ±6.31 for VCAH. There were significant differences in the expressions of iNOS and CD34 and in MVD between LSCC and VCAH (P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion There are high iNOS and CD34 expressions in LSCC which suggest new agniogen- sis, and iNOS and CD34 may play important roles in the incidence, development and metastasis of LSCC.
