老年高血压患者介入诊断与治疗术后外周血管并发症56例分析

目的探讨老年高血压患者介入诊治术后外周血管并发症的原因及处理方法。方法对3 551例老年患者接受冠状动脉造影（CAG）或经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术（PCI）的患者,观察和分析其术后外周血管并发症,以及其处理方法。结果术后外周血管并发症：穿刺部位出血或皮下血肿31例（0.84%）,假性动脉瘤17例（0.47%）,并发动-静脉瘘3例（0.08%）,腹膜后血肿3例（0.08%）,肺动脉栓塞2例（0.06%）。死亡3例（1例腹膜后血肿,2例急性肺动脉栓塞）,其余病例经处理后,均治愈出院。结论老年高血压患者介入诊治术后并发症,只要进行严密观察和规范化处理,一般预后良好。

Clinical Analysis of Peripheral Vascular Complications in Elderly Patients with Hypertension after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention or Coronary Angiography

Objective To explore the cause and the treatment of peripheral vascular complications in elderly patients with hypertension after percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. Methods The cause of peripheral vascular complications were explored and analyzed in 3,551 elderly patients with hypertension after PCI or coronary angiography （ CAG）, as well as their treatment. Results The incidence rates of bleeding at the puncturing site or subcutaneous hematoma, pseudoaneurysm, arteriovenous fistula, retroperitoneal hematoma and embolism at the pulmonary artery were 0.84% （31/3,551）, 0.47% （ 17/3,551 ）, 0.08% （3/3, 551 ） , 0.08% （3/3,551） and 0.06% （2/3,551） , respectively. Three patients died, and the others were healed and discharged after the treatment. Condusion The prognoses of the peripheral vascular complications are good, as long as the elderly patients with hypertension are given strict observation and standard treatment after PCI or CAG.
