| 摘 要： | 支气管哮喘(哮喘)是一种常见多发病,哮喘实验动物模型的建立在研究其病因、发病机制以及制定防治方案等方面有着重要意义.通过对近年来国内外哮喘动物实验研究文献进行总结,从实验动物的选择、制备模型的方法及模型的应用等方面进行综合分析,为进一步开展哮喘研究提供帮助.
