三维适形放射治疗计划系统重建CT图像体积误差的研究

目的 研究三维适形放射治疗计划系统(TPS)重建CT图像体积的误差和误差产生的主要原因,为CT扫描条件的选择、靶区的勾画、治疗计划的制定及三维适形放射治疗的精确实施提供重要依据,以便减小误差、防止医疗事故发生,提高疗效。方法 用不同的条件对自制模体进行CT扫描,所得数据输入TPS,进行三维重建,将重建大、中、小模拟瘤体CT图像体积分别与其实际体积进行比较。结果 不同的条件TPS计算出的重建CT图像体积不一样。结论 该研究成果可用于指导CT扫描条件的选择、靶区的勾画、治疗计划的制定及三维适形放射治疗的精确实施。

Study on Volume Error of Rebuild CT Image on Treatment Planning System in Three Dimensional Conformal Radiation Therapy

Objective To investigate error and main cause of producing error on volume error of rebuild CT image on treatment planning system in three dimensional conformal radiation therapy,to provide important basis for selecting CT scanning condition,depiction of target area,working out treatment plan and accurate execution of three dimensional conformal radiation therapy,for reducing error,preventing happenchance of unskillful and faulty medical or surgical treatment and improving curativ effect.Method To scan the self-made phantom a on different CT scanning condition,the data is imported to TPS,to begin three dimensional rebuid,the volume of light,middle,small simulating tumour rebuid CT image is compared with the volume of simulating tumour.Results The difference in condition results in the difference in the rebuild CT image volume of treatment planning system.Conclusion The study may be used to direct selecting CT scanning condition,depiction of target area,working out treatment plan and accurate execution of three dimensional conformal radiation therapy.
